With her love of people and passion for helping others define what “home” means to them, Vivienne Muldoon has earned a reputation as one of Ridgewood’s top solo real estate agents. Her hands-on, personalized approach ensures that each client receives the highest level of attention, care, and guidance throughout their real estate journey.
Before real estate, Vivienne worked with special needs children in the Ridgewood school district and spent years immersed in the visual arts and home improvement. She contributed to her mother’s successful decorative painting business, which was consistently named Bergen’s Best and featured on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Today, Vivienne carries on that legacy of creativity, dedication, and excellence through her real estate practice.
Outside of work, Vivienne enjoys spending time with her husband, sons, dogs, extended family, and close friends. She’s a familiar face at local live music events—often dancing along—and her deep love for the Ridgewood community is rooted in decades of connection, including meeting her husband while lifeguarding at Graydon Pool.
Vivienne has volunteered for years at local schools and on the lacrosse fields, and continues to actively support Ridgewood High School Jamboree by fundraising for needs-based college scholarships.
