Get to Know Me

With her love of people and passion to help them define “home,” Vivienne has consistently been one of the top Ridgewood solo agents, until her decision to move to a team model. The founding of the Viv Muldoon Group has allowed her to further elevate her level of service to her treasured clients.
 
Prior to real estate, Vivienne’s background was in working with special needs children in the Ridgewood school district, as well as a lifetime immersed in visual arts and home improvement, contributing over the years to her mother’s entrepreneurial and successful decorative painting business. Consistently featured as Bergen’s Best decorative painter and featured in Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Vivienne is proud to continue her mother’s legacy as an innovative top-in-field tradition through real estate.
 
Outside of work, Vivienne loves spending time with her husband, sons, dogs, extended family and friends. You can find her supporting and dancing along to the many local bands in the Ridgewood area. Her love for this vibrant community is deeply rooted, including having met her husband and best friend through lifeguarding at Graydon Pool.
 
She has enjoyed many years of volunteering at schools and on the lacrosse fields, and continues to this day to fundraise for needs-based college scholarships with Ridgewood High School Jamboree.
